Manager for Hostel

We are looking for a Proactive Manager to take on all operational responsibilities for our hostel, located in the heart of the city. If you are passionate about hospitality and possess management skills, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage all daily operations of the hostel, ensuring efficient and effective operation.

• Supervise the team, providing ongoing leadership and support.

• Ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service.

• Manage the budget and control operational costs.

• Coordinate facility maintenance, ensuring everything is in excellent condition.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hostel management.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work proactively and solve problems.

• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English. Other languages ​​will be valued.
