Are you one of those people who will take on any challenge? Do you go on stage dressed as Peter Pan or play beach volleyball? If 'all-rounder' is your middle name, this post is for you!
At Acttiv we want to incorporate versatile and energetic entertainers to our teams of different Barceló hotels. Be prepared to play sports, perform in shows and interact with guests from all over the world.
As an entertainer, you will have multiple options. For example, if your second home is the gym and sport is in your blood, you will be a great fitness entertainer! You will organise all kinds of supervised activities such as aerobics, step, aquagym, gap or zumba, as well as taking part in sports competitions.
Are the little ones your thing? Then your place is in the mini-club. Make the most of your creativity by organising children's games for all ages: arts and crafts, gymkhanas, pool activities, balloon twisting... and much more! Oh, and get ready to dress up and give it your all at the mini-disco. It's one of the kids' favourite moments!
And if you're really versatile and can do everything, you'll be a real allround entertainer! And we assure you that you won't get bored because every day will be different! From taking part in sports competitions and games such as bingo, to organising craft workshops and taking to the stage at evening shows, you'll find activities for all ages.
Additionally, it is the responsibility of all team members to obtain positive reviews to improve the establishment's online reputation.
Of course, in neither case will you be alone. In addition to your colleagues, you will be supported by the entertainments leader and the area coordinator. They will guide and advise you so that your activities always meet the quality standards of both the hotel and Acttiv.

In addition, for the position of entertainer, you will have the following conditions:
- Accommodation: you can use the accommodation offered by the hotel or find your own accommodation. If you decide to use it, ¤172,90 per month will be deducted from your salary to pay expenses.
- Meals included in the staff canteen
- 2 days free per week
- Salary of 1381¤ gross/month
- Acttiv Contract: Permanent seasonal
- Mutual insurance for accidents at work and civil liability insurance (during working hours).
- Social Security
- 30 (calendar) days holiday per year worked
- Help with registration in the Spanish contribution system
What are we asking for?
You don't need a thousand years of experience and a long list of references, but we do want you to have:
- Experience as an entertainer for at least one season
- A good level of Spanish and English (at least B2). French, Portuguese, Dutch... and any other language is a plus.
- Education: no specific qualification is required, but we value studies in entertainment, children's education, sport or dance as an asset.
- Availability: June - October 2025.
