We are opening our brand-new location in 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐨, 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐥, and we’re on the lookout for a skilled recruiter with 5+ years of experience to help us find top technical talent – not for the Portuguese market, but for the Dutch technical industry. You’ll play a key role in establishing our presence, shaping local operations, and building meaningful bridges between Portuguese talent and career opportunities in the Netherlands. Your main responsibilities are:
- 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Source and screen technical talent in Portugal for the Dutch market;
- 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Guide candidates from first contact to relocation to the Netherlands;
- 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Work closely with our Dutch offices to align needs and share progress;
- 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Handle documentation, data entry, and support with permits and translations;
- 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: Write job ads and support campaigns to grow Maintec’s presence in Portugal.

We understand that building something new requires dedication, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. That’s why we offer competitive conditions that reflect both the responsibility and the opportunity of this unique role. For this role, as a recruiter, you can expect the following:
- A gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,250 based on a 40-hour workweek;
- A permanent, fulltime contract (40 hours/week) under Portuguese employment law;
- Commuting allowance for home-to-office travel;
- An attractive bonus scheme;
- Company laptop and mobile phone;
- 29 vacation days (based on fulltime employment);
- A well-organized onboarding program in the Netherlands – travel costs fully covered;

- 5+ years of proven experience in recruitment, ideally with international hiring exposure;
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken; Spanish is a plus;
- Familiarity with Portuguese labor law and employment regulations;
- Experience working in start-up environments or building new projects from the ground up;
- Based in- or near Porto, Portugal.
