DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high-quality support to customers through various channels, including chat, calls, and emails.
Keep up-to-date with relevant information on service providers, destinations, and systems.
Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences quickly and effectively.
Handle bookings for accommodations, transportation, and travel services accurately.
Assist customers with self-service options on the platform or app.
Respond in a timely manner, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure compliance with company and customer policies, maintaining global standards.
Provide feedback to stakeholders on progress towards goals and key processes.
Participate in team discussions regarding products, service providers, and industry trends.
Stay informed about industry best practices and trends.
Maintain regular attendance, complete required training, and meet performance expectations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Italian (C1), or German C1 or French C1 both oral and written.
Previous working experience in a customer service roles, ideally covering travel and hotel segments
Previous experience working with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan) is mandatory
Metrics driven as an indicator and motivator of success
A skilled communicator who enjoys creating personalized verbal and written communication
A team player who thrives in collaborating, giving and receiving feedback and lifting others up
Computer literate and confident using tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack and Salesforce as well as our unique, in-house, travel customer service platform
Flexibility to work non-traditional shifts (early mornings, late evenings and weekends), as we scale our support organization
Working schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07 AM - 10 PM, rotating schedules.
