We are currently looking for a new member for the Business Development Property Management team to join us in the position of Deputy Manager (NorteShopping).
Working Place: Norte Shopping
Requirements:
- Degree in Management or Economics (preferably) and 3-5 years of experience in managing operations in a similar area of business
- Must have commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Reliable, organized, and accountable team player with a can-do attitude
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes, with strong leadership potential
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Mandatory requirements include fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the Shopping Centre, ensuring the quality of the services provided to customers and tenants;
- Coordinate and prepare all the report information for both owner and management and to monitor the execution of the budget of common expenses, to detect and explain the disparities;
- Maintaining leasing status reports and accurate records with respect to potential tenants;
- Negotiate the renewal of leases with tenants and obtain the owner's approval for the contracts' conditions;
- Define, in collaboration with the Sales and Audit Assistants, the audits to be performed to ensure that the amounts declared by the shopkeepers for the purpose of receiving remunerations match the actual amounts;
- Follow up the Shopping Center's operations management in all its aspects, to be able to replace the manager whenever necessary;
- Manage the service providers and assure that they keep the standards of the company;
- Collaborate with the leasing team in the search for new stores, and/or concepts, contributing to adapting the mix to customer needs.
