Regime: Hybrid in Lisbon - 3x/week on-site
Important note: Willingness to undertake international travel (15 to 30 days) is required.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct a comprehensive assessment and documentation of the current business process and technical solution, including both functional and technical design aspects.
• Identify and document system obsolescence and define the need for replacement.
• Design and document the future-state business process in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
• Prepare the tender specification document to support a market consultation process.
• Support the execution of the market consultation, working closely with the appropriate internal teams.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in B2B solutions and/or loyalty programmes;
• Solid understanding of system architectures, API integrations, and digital loyalty technologies (CRM, ERP, etc.);
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
