🔍 1. Fraud Prevention Specialist
Investigate suspicious orders and contact customers when needed.
Onderzoek verdachte bestellingen en neem contact op met klanten indien nodig.
📦 2. Order Support Specialist
Resolve delivery, return or cancellation issues via email/phone.
Behandel leveringsproblemen, retourzendingen of annuleringen via e-mail of telefoon.
💳 3. Payment Specialist
Support refunds and invoicing with internal teams.
Ondersteun terugbetalingen en facturatieprocessen met interne teams.
🛒 4. E-commerce Customer Support (EN + NL)
Assist customers with orders and deliveries via email/phone.
Help klanten met bestellingen en leveringen via e-mail of telefoon.
📋 Job Details – Functie-informatie
🌐 100% remote (anywhere in Portugal)
📆 12-month renewable contract
🧑🏫 Paid training: 5–20 working days
🕒 Rotating shifts: 07:00–00:00, Mon–Sun
🇵🇹 Portuguese public holidays
🍽️ Meal allowance: €7/day (prepaid card)
🩺 Health insurance from day one
