We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can take part in a focused UI/UX investment projected to improve user retention rates and monetization, and strengthen brand loyalty with one of our Danish customers. By delivering a seamless and engaging user experience, the new designer will directly contribute to higher lifetime value per customer and continued app growth.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in user-centric designs, considering the needs and preferences of our diverse user base to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to communicate effectively and iterate on design concepts with internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to mobile and cross-device usability in the apps, web and online communication/content.
• Contribute to our digital presence (social media, email, newsletters) and visual guidelines in our Design System to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Work closely with the dev team from ideation to deployment.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, or elevate key workflows within the apps.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inspire and inform your work.
• Provide clear documentation and design assets to support smooth implementation by the development team.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (mostly illustrator and photoshop), etc.
• Experience in working with mobile apps is preferred.
• Being a gamer is a plus (either online gaming, casual gaming, RPG, TCGs, boardgames).
• Very strong sense of autonomy in problem-solving, initial sketches, and proactivity.
• Excellent team spirit, communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Open to feedback and adaptable to changes, as the digital landscape and user preferences evolve.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.
• Portfolio showcasing digital design projects.
• Experience with conducting user research is preferred.
• Experience with task management platform such as ClickUp.
