Application Support Engineer

We are looking for someone with programming knowledge to work on maintaining an e-commerce platform with one of our French clients in the fashion industry.
The work can be done remotely, and the communication with many stakeholders will be in English.

Responsibilities:
• Project maintenance and support/analysis of existing applications.
• Analysis and diagnosis of level 1 and 2 problems and incident resolution.
• Remote support for the various subsidiaries, in particular via a ticketing system.
• Development of new functionalities in existing applications..

Requirements:
• Customer-oriented communication and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of programming (Java/J2EE, SQL);
• Good communication, organizational, and proactive skills
• Fluency in English
