We are looking for an experienced Waiter ready to move to the next level and ready to be a Head Waiter.
At the Restaurant, you need to be the "right hand" of the restaurant manager, maintain quality, lead the team at smaller events, lead the team according to the restaurant manager's guidelines, and be a good example in terms of professionalism.
You have energy and a great passion for food, drinks, and service! You always strive to exceed our guests' expectations. You enjoy helping guests from all over the world - business travelers, couples in love, and families with children who are going on vacation. And you do it with a big smile and a yes attitude.
You will be part of a fantastic team of like-minded people. Together you will create unique and memorable experiences for our guests.
We would like you to have at least three to five years of previous experience in a la carte serving. You are fluent in English; both spoken and written.
• Start as soon as possible
• Salary depending on experience and possibly whether they have a trade certificate,
• Rotary/shift work that provides additional per hour for night and weekend shifts etc.
• 12% holiday pay
• 2% pension
• Occupational injury insurance is paid by the hotel.
• The hotel provides free accommodation during the start period until the candidate arranges to rent a dormitory/apartment. The hotel/I will help find a suitable place to live.
• Must be able to communicate well in English.
