A Borboleta está à procura de um Gerente de Bar prático e com atenção aos detalhes para assumir a liderança do nosso bar.
Será responsável por gerir tudo o que está relacionado com as bebidas - desde vinhos e cocktails a café, chá e infusões sazonais.
O que irá fazer:
- Trabalhar ativamente atrás do balcão e trazer estrutura e consistência às operações diárias
- Manter um inventário preciso e um controlo dos custos das bebidas
- Fazer encomendas de produtos atempadas e eficientes
- Otimizar o menu de bebidas e as ofertas do bar
- Desenvolver e atualizar as bebidas de assinatura sazonalmente
- Criar e manter relações sólidas com os fornecedores
- Dar a formação e apoiar a equipa
- Melhorar a configuração do bar e o fluxo de trabalho para obter a máxima eficiência
- Entrar em serviço e apoiar a equipa da frente da casa quando necessário
O que procuramos
- Experiência de trabalho atrás do balcão
- Confortável a comunicar em Inglês (Português é uma vantagem)
- Forte capacidade de organização e comunicação
- Criatividade e paixão por bebidas e hospitalidade

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

• Improve the bar setup and workflow for maximum efficiency
• Jump into service and support front of house when needed

• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
