Main responsibilities:

• Provide support via phone, email, and chat for software or hardware-related inquiries;
• Assist users with setup, troubleshooting, and product functionality;
• Identify issues, document bugs, and escalate unresolved cases;
• Guide customers through solutions and educate them on self-service resources;
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in any of the following languages - Dutch or Finnish or Danish or Norwegian;
• Working level of English;
