The Cybersecurity department is strengthening its team with a Program Manager.
As a Program Manager, your main responsibilities will include managing the cybersecurity department's cross-functional program. This includes overseeing the budget cycle (approval process and execution monitoring), tracking risk mitigation projects for major cybersecurity threats, and reporting on cybersecurity activities and risks, while orchestrating actions across the involved departments.
You should also ensure clear communication between all parties, keep project status documentation up to date, and maintain the appropriate quality standards for technical documentation.
What we expect from you:
- Monitor key projects related to the implementation of security controls (led by the Cybersecurity department or other areas of the organization), keeping track of their status — including project plans, execution progress, risks, and blockers;
- Report project status to stakeholders;
- Address and follow up on the mitigation activities for cybersecurity risks identified during the department's operations, in collaboration with other areas;
- Identify and manage cybersecurity risks related to ongoing projects, ensuring that necessary security controls are implemented;
- Manage the Cybersecurity Steering Committee and other internal communication channels — including agenda proposals, communication strategy definition, and coordination with various stakeholders to prepare support materials for the sessions;
- Coordinate with other cybersecurity teams to support budget management, including the preparation of the annual budget proposal and the subsequent monitoring of its execution, anticipating needs based on planning;
- Support the preparation and presentation of the annual cybersecurity activity plans;
- Identify opportunities to improve cybersecurity processes and procedures.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organized and able to engage in technical discussions;
- Experienced in project management;
- Familiar with basic cybersecurity risk concepts;
- Skilled in creating PowerPoint presentations.
