Requirements
• Proven experience in IT procurement or administrative support roles, in a technical or IT-related context.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, in English and Portuguese (Portugal).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, like excel.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of IT products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with contract management processes.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
