Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery of data center builds, expansions, and retrofits with a focus on thermal and power systems.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and operational readiness of Hot Aisle / Cold Aisle containment strategies to maximize efficiency and uptime.
• Manage installation, commissioning, and integration of HV/LV electrical systems, UPS, generators, CRAC units, and PDUs.
• Act as client representative, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, Uptime Tier requirements, and CDM 2015 regulations.
• Supervise principal contractors and subcontractors during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Review technical submittals and commissioning scripts, approve change control documentation and cost proposals.
• Ensure proper operation of critical systems including BMS, leak detection, fire suppression, and access control.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance; prepare executive-level progress reports and KPIs.
