Managing stock levels and inventory
Analyzing purchasing needs and assisting with procurement planning
Ensuring smooth order workflows from request to delivery
Maintaining clear and efficient communication with suppliers
Entering and managing supplier orders and purchase records
Keeping the supplier database accurate and up to date
Preparing reports and documents using Excel
Handling supplier inquiries via phone and email
Supporting the team with other administrative tasks related to purchasing

PERSONAL PROFILE
University education - in Management or related field
Minimum – three years experience
Knowledge of other languages (English mandatory).
Knowledge of basic IT (Office). (Excel mandatory)
Team-working attitude is mandatory.
Respect and gentle attitude with colleagues.
Good Back-Office and strong analytical skills together with a helicopter view.
Deal making mindset.
Very high organizational and problem-solving skills.
