We are looking for a Requirements Engineer to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.
Profile:
- Several years of experience as a Requirements Engineer in an agile environment;
- Expertise in systems engineering and software development;
- Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, MS Teams;
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and communication skills (fluent in English);
- Willingness to travel abroad when needed.
Responsabilities:
- Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and system observations;
- Analyze business processes and existing systems to determine needs;
- Define and document functional and non-functional requirements;
- Create clear, concise, and testable specifications (user stories, use cases).
