Your Role:
As our Key Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor and main point of contact for our most valued clients. You’ll be responsible for growing strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring we continue delivering smart, sustainable, and future-ready solutions to households around the world.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key B2B clients and distributors
Understand client needs, market trends, and tech applications to offer tailored solutions
Collaborate with product, R&D, and marketing teams to align on client strategy
Prepare and present account reviews, forecasts, and growth plans
Negotiate deals, pricing, and long-term agreements to maximize value
Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, especially in AI-enhanced and nano-integrated devices
Track KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction remains top-tier
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B+ B2C sales (consumer electronics and Nano Tech AI Wellness
Solid understanding of smart home products, , or emerging tech (Nano Tech, AI, etc.)
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to think strategically and translate insights into action
Familiar with CRM systems, data analysis, and sales forecasting tools
Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working with international accounts or emerging markets (PALOP, LATAM, etc.)
Technical background or passion for AI-powered and nano-enhanced products
Multilingual capabilities
