For our adventure company here in Madeira we are looking for an operations manager, steering a team of 3 receptionists and 3 guides, and a few interns.
We're looking for someone with great logistical/planning skills, natural authoritative and looking to stay on the island long term.
It's a nice small team, so a decent responsibility for someone who is up for a professional challenge here on the island.
