We are looking for a BI Operations Engineer to join our team for an International Project.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of PowerBI
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to BI platforms, with focus on Power BI, Tableau
• Familiarity with fundamental concepts of platform management and user administration
• Experience in configuring and customizing platforms according to business requirements
• Experience handling customer inquiries and issue resolution in complex environments following ITIL principles
• Deep understanding of IT systems, platform security, and data protection regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify platform performance issues, diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
• Experience collaborating with internal technical teams and support experts
• Knowledge of automating operational processes to improve efficiency
• Ability to identify synergies and potentials and provide advisory support
• Fluency in written and spoken English
Plus:
• Practical experience with Qlik (on prem and cloud)
• Experience with multi-national teams
• German skills
Work Regime: 100% remote from Portugal (Can work remotely from any region of Portugal. The consultant must live in Portugal)
