Description

Lead and perform on-site commissioning activities for renewable energy systems (solar PV, wind, battery storage, etc.)

Execute functional tests, troubleshoot systems, and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards

Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution

Prepare documentation and detailed reports on commissioning results and system performance

Train client personnel in system operation and maintenance

Support continuous improvement in commissioning procedures and standards
Profile
-
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or equivalent)
-
4+ years experience in commissioning, field service, or project engineering in the renewables sector

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, SCADA, PLCs, and power electronics

Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Willingness to travel to project sites (nationally/internationally, depending on location)

Strong communication skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
