We are looking for a Frontend Developer to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.
Salary range: 34k-37k.
Profile:
- Solid experience in frontend development;
- At least 4 years of experience with React;
- Hands-on expertise with Next.js, ideally within large-scale, high-performance environments;
- Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, application architecture and the full web development lifecycle;
- Proven ability to craft responsive, accessible and visually engaging web applications with a user-first mindset;
- Strong experience optimising web apps for speed, scalability, and SEO (including GA/GA4 integration);
- A creative practical approach to balancing design and functionality;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges;
- Comfortable working within cross-functional teams and clearly communicating technical decisions to both tech and non-tech audiences;
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to turn business goals into scalable technical solutions;
- Drive the strategic evolution of our frontend architecture as we transition to React and Next.js;
- Own and maintain the frontend codebase, establishing best practices for clean, reusable, and high-performance code;
- Optimise frontend performance and ensure a seamless user experience across devices;
- Contribute to the product direction by staying ahead of frontend trends and championing innovation;
- Document your work thoroughly and help create a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
