Descrição: 

We are recruiting an Head of Human Resources for a growing biotech company based in Oporto.

Responsabilidades: 

- Develop, implement and enforce HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Manage the talent management process, including recruitment, selection and onboarding;

- Monitoring training needs and developing and managing employee training programs;

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, including health and safety rules;

- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and employee engagement initiatives;

- Supervising the processing of salaries and the administrative management of Human Resources;

- Manage HR budgets and provide insights to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Requisitos: 

- Degree in HR Management or related field with relevant experience in a similar role;

- General knowledge on all HR domains;

- Excellent command of the English language;

- Skilled in Microsoft Office and HR software with the ability to adapt to new systems;

- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
