Principais responsabilidades


  • Manage customer orders from processing to delivery;

  • Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure the efficient delivery of products;

  • Resolve customer issues related to deliveries;

  • Maintain an accurate record of all transactions and communications with customers;

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and find solutions;

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Logistics processes;

  • Stay updated on company products and services;

  • Comply with all company policies and regulations.


Perfil desejado

A successful Customer Operations professional should have:



  • A degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field;

  • Previous experience in Logistics or Customer Service roles;

  • Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English;

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently;

  • Proficiency in using order management software and customer databases.
