Responsibilities:

• Handle technical customer inquiries for various products via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels.


• Provide clear, practical information within set parameters, addressing questions about procedures and services.


• Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support issues.


• Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case details.


• Manage and appropriately escalate customer issues to higher support tiers when needed.


• Collaborate with fellow technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.


• Maintain your individual ticket queue and provide feedback as required by management.

requisitos/requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• Proficiency in German and English, both oral and written.


• Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred).


• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree is a plus.


• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

What we have to offer you?

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays), 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (rotational shifts).


• Days Off: Weekends.


• Base Salary: ?1100/month.


• Meal Allowance: ?7.23 per day worked.


• Performance Bonus: Up to ?100/month.


• transport ?20/month.
