This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
  - Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related areas.
  - At least 5 years' experience in Network Service Management or similar roles;
  - Experience in Major Incident Management;
  - Knowledge of LAN and WLAN infrastructures;
  - Experience with ITIL governance models and SIAM practices;
  - Good knowledge of solutions and ecosystems from Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft, Zscaler, Broadcom and major operators such as AT&T, Verizon, Deutsche Telekom;
  - Fluent English;
  - Certifications in: ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma, Project Mgmt Institute PMP or similar. (Preferred)
