Information Systems Coordinator

Your Role: 
  - Coordinate interventions for planned and unplanned maintenance;
  - Centralise and control the various requests in the DAS, interfacing with the database administration team, the testing team and the development team;
  - Coordinate and manage all interactions between the Supervision and Application Support Teams and the other areas;
  - Coordinate the integration of the IT function of other MTSSS bodies, including migration of legacy applications;
  - Coordinating, prioritising and closely monitoring all the team's activities and work;
  - Ensuring the Configuration Management and Asset Management processes;
  - Analysing activity reports/indicators and updating documentation and procedures.
  
You Will Need:
  - Degree or Master's in Computer Engineering or similar areas;
  - At least 3 years' experience in technical coordination, team leadership or infrastructure project management;
  - Experience in analysing data and interpreting information in dashboards and reports;
  - Knowledge of ITSM platforms such as EasyVista or similar;
  - Experience in operating system administration, such as Unix, Linux and Solaris;
  - Skills in managing application servers, SunOne Application Server 8. 2, Glassfish v3, WebLogic;
  - Programming skills in Python and Shell Script;
  - Experience with Docker and automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins;
  - Fluent English;
  - Having the following certifications: ITIL 4 Specialist, Create, Deliver and Support; Project Management Professional - PMP; PROSCI certification in Change Management; SCRUM Master certification.
