Cross Border Talents is currently recruiting for a leading client based in Lisbon, looking to hire a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative for the global social media platform Reddit.
📍 Location: Lisbon, Portugal
🗓️ Start Date: May 5th
🕗 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
💬 Language: English (C1 level required)
📑 Contract Type: 12-month renewable contract with long-term potential
🌍 Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card (mandatory)
🧠 About the Role
As a Sales Representative for Reddit, you will play a key role in expanding the platform’s reach by onboarding new clients and guiding them through the sign-up process. This is a full outbound B2B sales role that requires strong communication, persuasive skills, and an understanding of digital marketing solutions.
🎯 Your Responsibilities
-Conduct outbound sales calls to new potential clients
-Guide businesses through account setup and sign-up completion
-Promote Reddit’s ad solutions and consult on digital strategy
-Maintain and grow a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools
-Achieve performance targets and contribute to campaign success
✅ Requirements
-Already located in Lisbon
-Fluent English (C1 level minimum)
-High school diploma (or higher education)
-EU nationality or Portuguese residence card
-1–2 years of experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing
-Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
-Familiarity with CRM tools and performance-driven environments
-Knowledge of digital marketing and media mix planning is a plus
🎓 Training & Onboarding
-Full-time, paid training over 15 working days (in English)
-Includes product knowledge, CRM tools, digital marketing insights
-Training compensation: €18.56/day, paid after successful completion
-Work contract signed at the end of training
💶 Salary & Benefits
💰 Total gross monthly compensation: €1,227.33 + bonus up to €300
