Joining the Learning & Development department, you will support all administrative tasks and also assist with supplier negotiations.

Description


  • Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development department;

  • Coordinate training activities, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and ensuring compliance.

  • Manage and maintain data in the Learning Management System (LMS), including training assignments and user records.

  • Track and report training hours; generate and analyze reports on learning activities.

  • Support supplier management processes, including registration and coordination within internal systems.

  • Handle local user data collection and management.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and support training initiatives.

  • Assist in improving processes and tools within the training function.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support training delivery.

  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other digital platforms for administrative and reporting tasks.

Profile


  • University degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or a related field.

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within Training & Development or Human Resources.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR software.

  • Experience in supplier management and coordination in internal systems.

  • Knowledge of training coordination processes, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and compliance monitoring.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant digital tools.

  • Experience in tracking training hours and generating reports on learning activities.

  • Ability to collect, organize, and manage local user data efficiently.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proactive attitude with a focus on process improvement.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced English and Spanish required; Italian is a plus.
