Your Responsibilities:
Your main mission will be to provide support to small and medium-sized businesses to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels – via chat, email and phone.
you will support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain, provide pre and post-sales support and product and tool support to improve clients’ experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1 minimum)
- Empathic and helpful
- Team player
- Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed
- Able to handle sensitive informatio
- Fast learner capacity
