We are looking for a Cloud & Open Source Fullstack Developer to join a tech-driven team responsible for building and maintaining a diverse portfolio of digital systems and platforms.
You’ll be working in a cross-functional squad, with a strong focus on open source technologies, cloud-native development (preferably GCP), and full-stack engineering. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to critical internal tools, ranging from mass messaging platforms to knowledge management systems and secure authentication services.
Main Tasks:
• Full-stack development using languages such as Python, Node.js, Perl, PHP, Java, or Go.
• Work with systems like NGINX, Apache, Tomcat, Redis, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch.
• Deploy and manage services in cloud-native environments in GCP (Kubernetes, GCP, OpenShift, Google Compute).
• Maintain and evolve systems with microservice architectures and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Terraform).
• Collaborate in the development and maintenance of internal platforms, including messaging systems, SSO, CMS platforms, mass-calling services, and digital signature engines.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: from architecture and design to deployment and operations.
• Use tools like GitHub, Jira, and Confluence for collaboration, version control, and documentation.
Skills & Requirements:
• Strong background in full-stack development and cloud technologies.
• Previous experience working with several open source frameworks and tools.
• Hands-on experience with containers and cloud deployments.
• Understanding of internet protocols and distributed systems.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong sense of autonomy, adaptability, and curiosity for learning new tools and systems.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (1 day per week onsite in Lisbon).
