Support and monitor customers regarding business and contract-related issues to resolve problems and optimize
customer satisfaction, activity monitoring.
Commercial contacts to present the client and prospect the market.
Requisitos:
Fluent in French
English - B2
Call center experience
2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role
Sales experience
Oferece-se:
Basic salary 1000€
Language supplement - 300€
Food allowance 7€ in card
Working hours - 8:00 - 17:00
Location: Moscavide
Working Model: 3 days in the office and two days in remote working
