Imagine using your bilingual abilities to bridge communication gaps for people and institutions in the US and UK. As a Real-Time Interpreter, you'll facilitate conversations for various entities including banks, post offices, and medical centers, helping them overcome language barriers.
Your Daily Adventures:

Whether assisting in a baby's birth, helping a 911 operator during emergencies, guiding a couple through their first home loan, or aiding with emigration office processes, each moment is unique. You're Our Ideal Candidate If:
- Fluent in English and Cape Verdean: Communicating in these languages is second nature to you (minimum level C1 in English).
- Experience in Contact Centers: Your background equips you to handle diverse situations with ease.
- Flexible Schedule: Available for shifts from 07 am to 02 am, Monday to Sunday, with two days off during the week.
- Training Commitment: Ready to engage in training for 6 hours daily over three weeks.
- Empathetic & Neutral: Demonstrate sensitivity and politeness towards people from diverse backgrounds.
