The Job:
As an Operations Customer Expert I in our Marketing Expert Incubator Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of small and
medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by offering tailored support and solutions across Companie's platforms. You will use a consultative approach to
identify sales opportunities, foster long-term client relationships, and help businesses optimize their advertising strategies. This role requires you to provide
support in both Arabic and English.
Recommended Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, digital marketing, or a
related field.
• Familiarity with advertising, particularly within a short
sales cycle environment.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and
listening.
• Experience with MS Office and using email systems.
• Goal-oriented and driven, with a proactive mindset to
identify and address opportunities and challenges.
• Attention to detail, with strong follow-up and
multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through
phone, chat, and email.
• Bilingual: Native-level proficiency in the local language
and B2-level English (Common European Framework).
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Engaging with clients (agencies and advertisers) daily via
phone, chat, and email, identifying sales opportunities, and
delivering personalized solutions to meet business goals.
• Managing a portfolio of SMB clients, with a focus on
growing revenue and driving success for their business by
providing strategic, consultative sales.
• Researching and understanding client business models
and industry nuances to tailor solutions that meet their needs,
providing a customized experience for local advertisers.
• Prioritizing outreach and engagement across your
assigned portfolio, proactively consulting on product
adoption to optimize performance and enhance the client
experience.
• Developing expertise in Advertising solutions,
including measurement tools, and using this knowledge to
help clients achieve optimal advertising outcomes.
• Proactively assessing product performance, providing
actionable insights, and recommending optimizations to drive
client success.
• Identifying trends, solving problems, and providing
valuable feedback to improve the Companie's advertising
products and customer experience.
• Championing success stories, showcasing how clients
have achieved business growth using Companie’s solutions.
• Using a variety of tools and platforms (e.g., MS Office,
Salesforce) to communicate effectively with clients and ensure
their advertising campaigns are successful.
• Sharing feedback from clients on product performance to
help improve the overall customer experience.
The training period is 10 working days. It has a duration of 8 hours per day and the starting times may vary between 08:30h and 09:30h, depending on your group.
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 17:00.
Salary: 1152.66 EUR Gross x 12 months
Meal Allowance: 154 EUR NET paid in a meal card
Health Insurance since day one of Employment Contract.
Contract Duration: 12 months renewable
Employment beyond 2 years will be under a Permanent employment relationship.
