Responsibilities & Duties
● Be the person that manages all the technical tasks of the business locally
● Configure and set up the stations
● Be responsible for stations administration and maintenance
● Perform daily inventory management, including station stock control
● Coordinate printing materials and stand availability with vendors
● Coordinate SIM card availability and setup with telecom operators
● Monitor stations’ technical readiness and availability for each location on a daily basis
● Physically fill and refill stations
● Carry out critical operations management duties such as station availability, location filing, etc.
● Provide technical business owner support to sales representatives
● Meticulously follow up on pending cases both internally and with external partners
● Update the CRM system frequently and in detail according to the provided training
● Contribute to building processes from scratch
Skills and Qualifications
● 2+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar position
● Relevant bachelor’s degree in computer or electronic engineering is considered a plus
● Fluency in CRM systems will be highly appreciated
● Excellent command of Portuguese language
● Fluency in English and Portuguese language
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to accomplish tasks thoroughly, with attention to detail
● Self-driven, can-do attitude
● Ability to thrive in newly established environments
