We are looking for an accountant (male or female) who speaks fluent Portuguese and English and is capable of running the day-to-day books for ASPA (and one subsidiary). You must have an accounting background with at least 5 years experience, and if you have lived abroad (South Africa, Mozambique or Angola), this will be of benefit to you.
You will work from our head office in Parchal (Lagoa), Algarve with some days working from home. The work day would be a 9 Am to 5 PM Monday to Friday.
You would be accountable for:
- day to day accounts,
- bank reconciliation statements
- Invoicing, Receipts, Credit notes
- Stock control
- Monthly, Quarterly and annual government requirements.
We are a very international company with our main language English, and Portugues.
