Your main responsibilities and tasks:
As suas principais responsabilidades e tarefas são:
.Inspection, sampling and analysis of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Bulks, Finished Product and Stability samples;
.Inspeção, amostragem e análise de matérias-primas, materiais de embalagem, bulks, produto acabado e amostras de estabilidade;
.Sampling and analysis of purified water and water steam;
.Amostragem e análise de água purificada e vapor limpo;
.Support to analytical transfer / validation activities;
.Suporte a actividades de transferência / validação analítica;
.Issue and update of technical documentation (SOPs) related with the activities (compliance and alignment with the instituted practice);
.Emissão e revisão de documentação técnica (SOPs) relacionada com as actividades (compliance e alinhamento com a prática instituída);
.Support to analytical Event/OOS/OOT and/or deviation investigations, QC internal CAPAs and CCs processes;
.Suporte aos processos de investigações analíticas no âmbito de Evento/OOS/OOT e/ou desvio, CAPAs e CCs internos;
.Support and management of QC routine activities (such as equipment management, standards/reagents/consumables management, etc…);
.Suporte e gestão às actividades de rotina do CQ (tais como gestão de equipamentos, gestão de padrões/reagentes/consumíveis, etc…);
.Training for new team members.
.Treino de novos colaboradores.
Minimum Requirements / Requisitos Mínimos:
.Bachelor’s degree in technical field or technical training in the field;
.Licenciatura ou curso técnico;
.Good understanding of GMP requirements for pharma industry with Quality Control / Compliance background;
.Conhecimentos dos requisitos GMP aplicados à indústria farmacêutica com experiência em Controlo de Qualidade / Compliance;
.Knowledge of different physical and physicochemical methods of analysis.
.Conhecimentos dos diferentes métodos de análises físicos e físico-químicos.
Preferred Requirements / Requisitos Preferenciais:
.Good working knowledge of IT Systems such as SAGE, LIMS, LMS, TRACKWISE, Minitab and Empower;
.Conhecimentos de sistemas IT como SAGE, LIMS, LMS, TRACKWISE, Minitab e Empower;
.Proficient in English;
.Proficiente em Inglês;
.3-5 years experience in Pharma industry;
.Experiência na Indústria Farmacêutica (3-5 anos);
.LEAN and Six Sigma Training (Green belt or Yellow belt).
.Conhecimentos de LEAN e Seis Sigma (Green belt or Yellow belt.
