At Total Management Consulting, we are currently recruiting Dutch Speakers - Customer Service and Administrative Support profiles for leading call center based in Lisbon.

- Main responsibilities:
Customer service via phone
Resolving customer inquiries and issues
Administrative tasks and call forwarding
Follow-up on customer incidents
🌍 Requirements:
Native or bilingual level of Dutch Dutch
High level of English (interviews and the training will be conducted in English).
Strong communication skills, active listening, and empathy
Customer-oriented mindset
Problem solving profile
🕒 Working hours:
Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (morning or afternoon), with 8 effective working hours per day and 2 days off per week.
💰 Salary: 1300€ gross per month
📝 Selection process:
1️⃣ Online interview (15 minutes) with us and a language test
2️⃣ Online interview with the client company
Immediate availability is not required, as we have openings both for immediate start and for fixed start dates in April, May and June, depending on what suits you best.
