Role Description
We are seeking a versatile and driven Full Stack Developer to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will tackle a wide range of technical projects, from deploying high-volume communication tools to enhancing and automating our internal systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with multiple web technologies (including JavaScript, Python, PHP), a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to pivot quickly to support various ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
● High-Volume Communication Tool Implementation
○ Deploy and integrate a platform capable of handling thousands of outbound calls for prospecting.
○ Ensure seamless data flow between the communication system and existing infrastructure.
● Affiliate Program Enhancement
○ Collaborate on improving the affiliate system, which involves CRM and content management technologies.
○ Develop features and integrate updates using modern web development languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP).
● Data Analysis & Dashboarding
○ Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, optimize processes, and inform strategic decisions.
○ Upgrade or rebuild our client-facing portal to deliver richer, real-time information.
● CRM & Process Automation
○ Manage and optimize an enterprise-level CRM to streamline underwriting, partner engagement, and client management.
○ Build integrations, automate workflows, and ensure real-time data flows across multiple platforms.
● Future Direct Lending Projects
○ Contribute to the development of an in-house lending branch, focusing on automated underwriting, document generation, and continuous API integrations.
Qualifications:
● Technical Proficiency
○ Experience in full-stack web development, including JavaScript, Python, and PHP.
○ Familiarity with building APIs, integrating third-party services, and managing databases.
● Analytical Mindset
○ Skilled in handling large datasets, creating meaningful reports, and using data to drive improvements.
● Automation & Integrations
○ Proven ability to design and maintain complex workflows that connect various platforms and tools.
● Problem-Solving & Communication
○ Adaptable to changing business needs and open to learning new technologies.
○ Strong collaborator who can explain technical concepts clearly across teams.
● Other
○Written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
○Team-oriented mindset, eager to collaborate and contribute to shared success.
○Adaptability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
○High school diploma.
○EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card.
○Interest in working in Porto, Portugal, in a multicultural environment.
