Role Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies, particularly in mass email campaigns, affiliate marketing, and automation. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll be responsible for creating and optimizing multiple marketing channels, constantly seeking new ways to generate and nurture leads.


Key Responsibilities:

● High-Volume Email Marketing

o Develop and manage large-scale email campaigns across various tools.
o Track deliverability, open rates, and conversions, adjusting tactics to meet performance goals.

● Affiliate Program Growth

o Shape and execute strategies to expand and optimize our affiliate networks.
o Develop dashboards and analytics to track performance, payouts, and ROI.

● Lead Generation & Innovation

o Propose and implement creative ideas for lead capture, from digital to offline channels.
o Measure lead quality, analyze funnel metrics, and optimize ROI.

Marketing Automation & Integrations

o Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows that connect multiple platforms.
o Collaborate with tech and sales teams to ensure proper data flow and visibility across systems.


Qualifications

● Email Marketing Expertise

o Experience with large-scale email marketing (A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability strategies).

● Affiliate Marketing Expertise

o Background in launching or scaling affiliate programs; knowledgeable in partner management and performance tracking.

● Automation & Tools Proficiency

o Familiarity with workflow automation tools and CRMs; ability to streamline processes and reduce manual work.

● Data-Driven Mindset

o Comfortable with tracking analytics, interpreting metrics, and using data to optimize campaigns.

● Creativity & Initiative

○Skilled at generating new ideas and executing them with minimal supervision.
○Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to identify growth opportunities.

● Other

○Written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
○Team-oriented mindset, eager to collaborate and contribute to shared success.
○Adaptability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
○High school diploma.
○EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card.
○Interest in working in Porto (on site), Portugal, in a multicultural environment.
