Marketing Manager (M/F) - Oliveira do Bairro

RMC Surfaces S.A. is hiring!

We are a proud producer of RMC – a premium compact marble manufactured in Portugal since 1980. We are based in Oliveira do Bairro and export our products to more than 30 countries worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager (M/F) to join our team of marble enthusiasts.

Main tasks:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns;

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive positioning;

• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels;

• Create marketing materials, like brochures, flyers, presentations and promotional items;

• Manage the company’s online presence – including social media, website and email marketing;

• Analyze web traffic and other online metrics to improve the digital marketing performance;

• Plan and execute company events, trade shows and other promotional activities;

• Participate in the creation of the marketing budget, insuring cost-effective allocation of resources;


Qualifications:

• University degree in Marketing or related field;

• Previous experience in Marketing manager (pref.)


Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English;

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g.: Google Analytics, social media management tools);

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities;

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
