### **Role Overview:**
The goal of the project management consultant is to own complete projects, **organize** and keep the overview about everything around the engineering process. Also this they keep an overview of tasks, progress and keeps every person up-to-date.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Communication:**
- Send updates, reminders, and milestone notifications.
- Prepare and organize meetings to keep clients informed on project progress.
- **Requirements Gathering:**
- Break down and estimate tasks for feasibility.
- Refine and enhance stakeholder ideas to maximize product value.
- Guide stakeholders in transforming concepts into actionable software solutions.
- **Development Organization:**
- Track tasks, timelines, and potential risks.
- Conduct internal meetings to align teams.
- Maintain and update documentation.
- Facilitate iterative development with regular demos and feedback loops.
- **Departmental Contributions:**
- Uphold company culture and project standards.
- Ensure projects align with both client needs and company profitability.
- Leverage insights and solutions from past projects to enhance future offerings.
- **Product Ownership & Agile Implementation:**
- Conduct requirement engineering by translating client needs into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and UX/UI concepts.
- Provide Agile training and drive best practices across teams.
- Develop domain expertise in project management methodologies.
**Skills & Qualifications (Must-have)**
- 4+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Effective Communication & Collaboration: Strong soft skills to facilitate smooth interaction between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
- Product Design Skills: Ability to visualize ideas and define requirements, using tools like Figma to bridge business and technical perspectives.
- High-level technical knowledge: Familiarity with the tools and frameworks used by developers to assess technical feasibility and complexity in real time and to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage constraints, and negotiate deadlines to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving user problems.
- Background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments, understanding product lifecycle, scalability, and cloud-based solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Product Management certifications such as CSPO, PMP, or PMBOK, or Scrum Master certification.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using data tools like Excel, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
- Background in software products, and AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of spoken German
