At Total Management Consulting, we are currently recruiting Customer Service and Administrative Support profiles for leading multinational companies based in Athens (Greece).

- Main responsibilities:
Customer service via phone
Resolving customer inquiries and issues
Administrative tasks and call forwarding
Follow-up on customer incidents
🌍 Requirements:
Intermediate to high level of English (interviews and the training will be conducted in English).
Citizenship of a European country or a valid residence permit in Greece.
Experience in telephone sales and/or customer service
Experience in administrative tasks
Intermediate to high level of English (a language test will be conducted)
Willingness to relocate to Athens with expenses paid (specific conditions to be discussed)
Strong communication skills, active listening, and empathy
Customer-oriented mindset
🕒 Working hours:
Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (morning or afternoon), with 8 effective working hours per day and 2 days off per week.
✈️ Benefits:
The company covers relocation expenses:
Plane ticket
Hotel accommodation during the 2-week training period (training is under contract and paid)
Support from a real estate agency to find a flat or room in Athens
1-year renewable contract (in 99% of cases, contracts are extended)
Possibility of remote work (within Greece), to be confirmed at the end of the selection process
💰 Salary: €1,045 gross per month + performance bonus of €100 - €150 gross per month
📝 Selection process:
1️⃣ Online interview (15 minutes) with me and a language test
2️⃣ Online interview with the client company
Immediate availability is not required, as we have openings both for immediate start and for fixed start dates in April, May and June, depending on what suits you best.
