One of best team from RE/MAX Portugal, is looking for A LAWYER GOOD AT IMMIGRATION AND REAL ESTATE, for legal advice to foreign clients in obtaining GOLDEN VISA and other kind of residence permits.
Job Responsibilities:
-Manage Legal Services Department.
-Assist Asian clients in applying for Golden Visa, D7, D2, and other visa types.
-Oversee rental management for properties in Lisbon.
-Handle services such as power of attorney signings, bank account openings, and other related tasks.
Essential requirements:
- Degree in Law at a prestigious Portuguese University
- Minimum 10 years professional experience in similar functions,especially in appling Golden Visa.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Interest in the continuous appreciation, technical and professional, in the area
- Excellent communication skills and ease of interpersonal relationships
- High sense of responsibility and proactivity
- Ability to execute and complete work independently
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Familiarity with the use of modern IT tools
- Immediate availability (preferred)
