We are looking for an L1 EUC Resource to join our client’s team on a short-term contract basis. If you have 1-2 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) support and troubleshooting, this could be a great opportunity for you!
🔹 Skillset: Standard L1 EUC
🔹 Location: Portugal
🔹 Experience: 1-2 years
🔹 Contract Duration: 2 weeks
🔹 Compensation: €110 per day
🔹 Requirement: Must hold a TRC (Temporary Residence Card)
🔹 Role Type: Contract-based
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Troubleshoot & resolve issues for EUC devices, hardware, and software
✅ Perform PC imaging, hardware replacements, and installations
✅ Support Windows environments (Win 7/10, Office 2010/O365)
✅ Provide technical assistance for mobile devices & video conferencing
✅ Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs
✅ Track incidents in a ticketing system and resolve escalations
✅ Set up/configure PCs, manage security policies, and support IT teams
