The Central Reservation Office of Grupo Minor Hotels is recruiting a Front Office Agent (M/F) fluent in "GERMAN" / "ALEMÁN" and/or Portuguese/ English.

Profile
- Training in Hotel Management, Tourism or similar;
- Sales skills (experience in reservations management or in commercial area will be valued);
- Experience in customer service;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent in GERMAN and Portuguese and/or English;
- Knowledge of computers and social networks;
- Willingness to work by objectives;
- Proactive and flexible profile;
- Hybrid job, so it is preferred you reside on Lisbon Metropolitan area;
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and reply to all incoming emails efficiently, ensuring the management of reservations via phone and email;
- Providing information about the hotels and their respective services;
- Take part in and increase the number of telephone sales of specific products and/or services for all the hotels in the chain.
