We are looking for a Front-Office Manager (m/f) for a Hotel in Sines.
Hotel Front-Office Manager – Sines
Main responsabilities:
• Controlling front desk tidiness and availability of necessary stationery and material;
• Ensuring timely and accurate costumer service;
• Scheduling shifts and supervising front-office personnel, including receptionists and security guards;
• Training and Supporting
office staff;
• Handling complaints and specific costumer requests;
• Preparing monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations.
• Managing the departmental budget
• Duty Management
Ideal Profile:
• Degree in Hospitality / Tourism or other relevant field (preferred)
• Front-Office Management Experience
• Client services or management experience;
• Mandatory: English & Portuguese (fluent in written & spoken);
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.
• Ability to work under high-pressure situations.
