Based in Oeiras, the Human Resources Manager will have the responsibly to create our first Human Resources Department – currently – 40 FTE
Human Resources Specialist – Lisbon / Oeiras
Are you willing to take these responsibilities?
• Recruitment: Designing, implementing and monitoring HR hiring and development programs, such as recruitment and selection processes
• Payroll and Administrative: payroll, legal obligations, training, fleet, administrative tasks.
• Policies and Procedures: Creates, proposes and manages all Human Resources policies and procedures
• Developing a compensation and benefits policy in line with the company's guidelines and best market practices
Do you fit with the profile we are looking for?
• Degree in Human Resources; Management or similar;
• 4-5 year experience in Human Resources
• Experience in Recruitment and Payroll.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Collaborative and hands-on spirit, able to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, changing and multicultural environment;
• Builds collaborative and trusting relationships, working closely with both managers and employees, reinforcing the continual development of “high performing” teams.
• Intermidiate/Advanced excel level.
• Good level of English
