What will this person do?
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical,Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or similar fields (Preferred);
• Professional experience of up to 5 years;
• Coordination and supervision of the team under their responsibility in the Production area;
• Ensure compliance with the production plan, in terms of quantity, quality and delivery;
• Monitoring and controlling production indicators;
• Promoting continuous improvement and workplace safety;
• Fluent in English and portuguese, both written and spoken;
• Residence or availability to live in the Abrantes - Tramagal area.

• Skills in leadership and organization, strong ability to synthesize and report;
• Ability to lead and participate in continuous improvement processes and problem-solving;
• Knowledge and proficiency in using IT tools from the user's perspective;
• Good planning and activity execution control skills;
