Chess Wizards Team is growing, and we are currently hiring for a
full-time remote position of a Partnership Manager.

As a result, we have inspired hundreds of thousands of children to think logically, solve problems, win graciously, learn from the defeat.
We are looking for a professional and courteous Partnership Manager with great people skills to join our team and help our business prioritize existing clients and bring new ones on board. The Partnership Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop and grow new business from existing clients, and actively look for new sales opportunities. The successful candidate will provide timely solutions to client’s problems, show initiative and drive when dealing with customer’s requests, keep accurate correspondence records and update clients’ details, meet regularly with management, assist in developing successful sales strategies One of your goals will be to provide outstanding customer service and reach customer satisfaction goals.
What you will do:
· Manage 100-125 good active accounts every semester
· Meet sales and revenue goals
· Act as a communication hub for clients
· Build long-term rapport with clients
· Be able to negotiate contracts effectively
· Resolve clients’ disputes and attend to inquiries
· Provide reports on account
· Develop new markets, company goals, ideas/strategies to help build a good relationship with clients
· Assist with critical issues and escalations
· Retain clients each session
· Meet the company’s KPIs
· Maintain
CRM up to date with all necessary information to conduct successful classes/ data entry
· Monitor day-to-day operations
· Communicate with all instructors on a weekly basis:
1. foster personal relationships
2. request feedback about the quality of classes
3. ensure teachers have all necessary supplies to perform their duties
· Work with a sales team to properly onboard new clients
· Ensure privacy protection of all student, school, and instructor data
· Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary
· Help develop the company’s culture and overall company vision
What you will bring with you:
· Experience as a Partnership Manager or related profession
· Excellent communication skills
· Familiar with
CRM software and MS Office
· Knowledgeable about delivering solutions based on client needs
· Ability to manage multiple projects
· Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
· BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
· Excellent command of English
